Due to small batches and natural qualities of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the items are marked as shipped.

Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately via the contact form if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Please provide us the following details:

1.  Order No. along with your name or email address used in the order

2.  Photos or videos of defect or damaged item

3.  The case will be attended to within 1-2 business days
