Do You Have A Physical Shop?
At present, I don't have a physical shop, but I aspire to open one someday! In the meantime, you can find me at various pop-up stores that I'll be organizing throughout Singapore on an occasional basis.
How Long Is The Order Processing Time?
Please note that all orders will be processed once payment has been received. It typically takes 5-7 business days to prepare your items before they are ready for shipment.

Does Your Products Have An Expiry Date?
Shower Fizzies - Indeed, I take pride in crafting products free from chemicals, preservatives, or artificial additives. The shelf life of my offerings typically spans 2-3 months, after which the potency of the blends may gradually diminish. To ensure their longevity and effectiveness, kindly store them with care in airtight container, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Scented Candles - Our scented candles are carefully crafted with fragrance oil and natural soy wax. To enjoy the optimal fragrance experience, we recommend using them within 12-18 months from the date of purchase. Store the candles in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, to preserve their aroma and quality, ensuring a delightful fragrance every time you light one.
Room+Linen Sprays - For the best results, we suggest using it within 6-12 months of purchase. To maintain its invigorating scent, store the spray in a cool place, avoiding exposure to excessive heat or direct sunlight. Keep the bottle tightly sealed when not in use for prolonged efficacy.
Do You Accept Bulk Orders For Occasions Or Events?
Yes, I do. Please get in touch with me and I will be happy to prepare a customized quote for your needs. It's important to note that, due to our commitment to maintaining the freshness of our candles, we do not keep stock on hand. Therefore, depending on the order volume, I kindly request a minimum of 2 months' advance notice. If you have any additional questions or inquiries, please don't hesitate to contact me. Do You Offer Free Delivery?
